Shogayaki is a very popular pork dish, coming from Japan. It can be served as both lunch and dinner. It consists of thin pork slices usually served with shredded cabbage. The sauce for this dish is made of grated ginger, garlic, orange zest, orange juice, sake, Mirin, soy sauce and salt.
