Kakiage is a popular fast food of choice in the far East, much like burgers in the Western world. It's a quick, cheap and tasty dish to treat yourself to, but is it good for you?

Like all deep-fried meals, Kakiage is saturated with fats. To make things easier on your stomach, oil used most often is olive oil, however, it doesn’t make it less fatty.
