Taiyaki is a fish-shaped a Japanese snack which has high carbohydrate value. Very similar to waffles and cakes, this snack is often found at school fairs and street vendors across Japan. Mostly made with red bean filling (also custard or chocolate), and pastry made similar to waffles or pancakes.
