However, that's not all. By improving circulation in your body, your body warms up making it easy to burn fat more efficiently, not to mention fight off the swelling cause by edema thought to be connected to cellulite.

As you grow limber, your muscles gain more elasticity, lessening the chance that you will injure yourself during exercise. For people who are looking for ways to feel young, stretching is a must.

Stretching shouldn't hurt but leave you feeling refreshed after you're done

Some people like to stretch hard to get better results. However, it's important that when you stretch don't overdo it. Stretching should be like breathing, cold air in hot air out. That felt good.

Is stretching hard going to boost my exercise performance?

Stop torturing yourself. Stretch until you feel your muscles grow limber and you have nothing to worry about.

Do my muscles automatically get tight if left alone?

If I don't exercise does that mean I don't have to stretch?

Stretching before a workout increases the rate at which you burn fat. Even stretching on days when you are taking a break prevents harmful drops in your metabolism making it harder to put on extra pounds due to fat.

Bending and twisting are two movements that people don't get enough of in their daily lives. This is where love handles enter the picture. Stretching not only can help you loosen up limbs, but also is just what you need to start shaping your body.
