Not sure how true these vitamin and mineral contents are. I have not found any reference on the page and USDA don't report anything like this, however, they do only do for Green Tea and not Matcha specific which I believe should be grown in the shade to increase the chlorophyll (if I ma correct, please inform me if otherwise) and this would only really increase the magnesium content.
